ATHLETE CHECK IN

Athletes do not need to check-in for the event.  They can go directly into the venue through the main entrance.  If you would like them to stay with you they can.

If you would like to send them in ahead they can hang out in the spectator area until the session before is completely completed.   Athletes will not be allowed on the competition floor until the previous session is complete.  Athletes are not required to purchase spectator passes as long as they are wearing their team comp warm-ups.

SPECTATOR CHECK IN

Spectators will check in at the sign that says Parent Check-In.  Upon purchasing their entry parents will be given a color coded wristband for their designated session.

*** IMPORTANT***  To ensure a positive viewing experience for those parents whose children are still competing, only those people with wristbands for the current session or All Weekend passes will be allowed into the competition area.  NO spectators for the following session will be allowed inside the competition area until the previous session has 100% completed and we’ve had a chance to clean up around the spectator area.

SPECTATOR VIEWING

Seating will be rotating.  We will have spectator viewing in front of each event.  Please rotate with your gymnast to allow yourself and everyone else the best views of their athletes.  There will be no saving of seats when you move away from your event.

We have a designated Red floor and Blue floor for the event.  You will be able to identify which competition floor is yours based on the color of the curtains surrounding the competition floor.

Also, please remember this event is supposed to be fun.  We strongly encourage you to cheer loudly and encourage your athlete to do their best.  However, we expect everyone to act appropriately and maintain a positive environment for all of our competitors.

CONCESSIONS

Concessions will be offered in the lobby outside our competition hall.  We will have a concession stand with sandwiches, salads, burgers, etc.  There will be food trucks during parts of the event as well just outside the doors at the end of the entrance to our competition hall.  We will announce when these are available.

There will also be carts with cocktails, boba drinks, coffee drinks, and cotton candy.

AWARDS

When your athlete’s competition session ends they will make their way out of the competition area and into our awards area.  The awards areas are also designated red and blue with curtains.  Athletes should sit up front on the floor in front of the stage and wait for the session to finish.  We will have chairs behind them for spectators to watch awards.

We will have a special gift for each of our all around athletes.  A heart themed bracelet.

Additionally, each of our All Around winners will be entered into a special drawing in which one lucky competitor will receive a free weekend pass to the Gym 360 Summer Camp at Victory Gymnastics in July with the legendary Miss Val from UCLA as well as Peng Peng Lee, Selena Harris  and others.  Miss Val will do the drawing the week after the meet!  You can get more information on the event at:  https://www.gymnast360.com/
