PARKING

***IMPORTANT*** Please be aware there is another large event at the convention center this weekend in our same hall.  Last time the lot was filled by 10am and there were major delays getting in.  Even though our event is in the West Hall, unless you are the first session of the day, we highly encourage folks to consider parking in the South Hall parking structure for the meet.  South Hall is about a 5 minute walk to West Hall, go inside the building and follow the concourse.  We will have some directional signs and there will be courtesy care people who you can ask questions.  Convention Center parking is $27 but can go up to $32 if there is a Lakers, Clippers or Kings game going on.  I have attached maps below.

Crypto game schedule that could impact parking rates is:

3/7/2025 - 8:00pm - Calibash Latin American Music Concert

3/8/25 - 5:00pm - St. Louis Blues @ Los Angeles Kings

3/9/25 - 4:00pm - AEW Revolution

ATHLETE CHECK IN

Athletes do not need to check-in for the event.  They can go directly into the venue through the main entrance.  **Important**  If you are concerned about sending your athlete in without you, you may either keep them with you until we allow the parents from your session to enter or you can purchase an all day pass and you can go in early.

Athletes are not required to purchase spectator passes as long as they are wearing their team comp warm-ups.

SPECTATOR CHECK IN

Spectators will check in at the sign that says Parent Check-In.  Reminder entrance is cash only.  There are some ATM’s but they often run out of cash so please be prepared.  Upon purchasing their entry parents will be given a color coded wristband for their designated session.

*** IMPORTANT***  To ensure a positive viewing experience for those parents whose children are still competing, only those people with wristbands for the current session or All Weekend passes will be allowed into the competition area.  NO spectators for the following session will be allowed inside the competition area until the previous session has 100% completed and we’ve had a chance to clean up around the spectator area.  We understand you are anxious to get inside but it becomes very hard to watch and enjoy if parents from the following session are taking up seats waiting for their kids session that are in front of the event your child is competing on.  We can assure you you will get inside with plenty of time before your child competes.

SPECTATOR VIEWING

Seating will be rotating.  We will have spectator viewing in front of each event.  Please rotate with your gymnast to allow yourself and everyone else the best views of their athletes.  There will be no saving of seats when you move away from your event.

We have a designated Red floor and Blue floor for the event.  You will be able to identify which competition floor is yours based on the color of the curtains surrounding the competition floor. Your session is designated with an R for Red Floor and a B for Blue Floor.

Also, please remember this event is supposed to be fun.  We strongly encourage you to cheer loudly and encourage your athlete to do their best.  However, we expect everyone to act appropriately and maintain a positive environment for all of our competitors.

CONCESSIONS

Concessions will be offered in the lobby outside our competition hall.  There will be a concession stand with sandwiches, salads, burgers, etc.  There will be food trucks during parts of the event as well just outside the doors at the end of the entrance to our competition hall.  We will announce when these are available.

Depending on the time of day there will also be carts with cocktails, boba drinks, coffee drinks, and cotton candy.

AWARDS

When your athlete’s competition session ends they will make their way out of the competition area and into our awards area.  The awards areas are also designated red and blue with curtains.  Athletes should sit up front on the floor in front of the stage and wait for the session to finish.  We will have chairs behind them for spectators to watch awards.

We do put stickers on our awards medals so please be aware that this will take us an extra 10 minutes to get started as this does take us a bit of extra time.

We will have a special gift for each of our all around athletes.  A heart themed necklace.

Additionally, each of our All Around winners will be entered into a special drawing in which one lucky competitor will receive a free weekend pass to the Gym 360 Summer Camp at Victory Gymnastics in June with the legendary Miss Val from UCLA as well as Peng Peng Lee, Ian Gunther, Olivia Karas and others.  Miss Val will do the drawing the week after the meet!  You can get more information on the event at:  https://www.gymnast360.com/

ATHLETE GIFT

Each of our athletes will receive a specially designed Victory Classic Beach Towel.  These will be given to your gym at the meet to distribute however makes the most sense for your gym.

TIME CHANGE

Reminder that Daylight Savings is Saturday night March 8th and we will lose an hour heading into Sunday morning.  Please plan accordingly to make sure you are on time for your sessions.

GOLD MEDAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Gold Medal Photography will be on site to get professional images of your athlete as they compete at the final qualifier before State Championships. If you would like to see your photos or get more information on their services you can check them out here: https://www.goldmedalgymphoto.com/

DINING & ENTERTAINMENT
