Boys in general have an incredible amount of energy. As parents most of us look to put our child into an activity that will allow them to express this energy in a constructive way. Many of us secretly hope that our child will excel in that sport. That they will develop and maybe be on an All Star Team or even get a college scholarship. The reality is even if our child is very talented they are often competing with millions of other kids.

– In 2016, 15.1 Million kids played soccer
– In 2016, More than 26 Million kids played basketball
– In 2016, 17.56 Million kids played baseball
– In 2016, only 12,072 boys competed in all levels of men’s gymnastics.

Gymnastics offers your son something truly unique that no other major sport can offer. A realistic opportunity to achieve greatness and be noticed. There are only 4,000 boys competing at the lowest level of gymnastics in the whole country, there are probably 4,000 boys competing in soccer in Ventura County alone. Victory has produced 10 boys since 2009 who have received full scholarships to college.  Even if gymnastics doesn’t work out your son will have built up incredible stores of strength, flexibility, balance, discipline and mental toughness that they can apply to any number of other activities.
